HCCA Receives Gold
US
Joint Commission of Accreditation of Healthcare
Organizations has awarded the much coveted GOLD SEAL
OF APPROVAL and Certification to HCCA International.
HCCA International, a US employer of Filipino
nurses, with its home office in Franklin Tennessee
and offices in Philippines, the UAE and the UK, has
just been recognized and honored by The Joint
Commission with the coveted Gold Seal of Approval
and Certification for its recruitment standards and
employment program. The Joint Commission is
responsible for the accreditation of US healthcare
organizations, including US hospitals.
The Joint Commission’s Certification
program requires independent, comprehensive
evaluation of a company's ability to provide
competent health care professionals and services to
JCAHO hospitals, and a company’s ability to
structure a program which routinely monitors and
maintains high quality services to the hospital. It
requires site visits by the Joint Commission and
ongoing reviews of policies, procedures, and actual
practices of the nominated company.
“Certification recognizes HCCA’s dedication to
providing qualified internationally experienced
nurses who provide safe, high-quality care to
patients,” says Ron Marston, HCCA’s President and
CEO “We’re proud to receive the Joint Commission’s
Gold Seal of Approval™."
“It is certainly a great honor to be recognized and
certified by The Joint Commission”, said Joseph J
Gilinsky, HCCA International’s VP & Managing
Director of the Asian Pacific and Middle East
Regions. Our nurses are arriving in America and are
being recognized for their excellent bedside care
and safe practice. As a result, many are being
promoted more quickly and our client hospitals are
overwhelmingly impressed with the quality of HCCA's
International nurses. The award underlines our
commitment to excellence and recognizes the
professionalism and standardization in the way our
nurses have been screened, employed and deployed to
the United States.”
HCCA International has matched more than 30,000
health care professionals with health care facilities
around the world over the last 33 years and has
managed more than 40 health care operations with
more than 7,500 beds on five continents including
past projects such as the King Faisal Specialist
Hospital and Research Center in Riyadh, Saudi
Arabia, Singapore General Hospital, Brazil’s AMICO
