HCCA received an amazing response in our survey of HCCA respondents from all over the Philippines. Overall, 98.3% of the respondents felt that HCCA's reputation among agencies and employers they know is VERY FAVORABLE/FAVORABLE because of the professionalism, responsiveness, and friendliness of the staff. Inspired by the mission "We are where you are," HCCA staff live by the philosophy manifested by the way they relate with the nurses. This is why it is no surprise that 92.7% of the respondents said that they would refer their colleagues to HCCA. Indeed, almost all of HCCA's hires are referrals.
